  • Having resolved the need for real estate development of the “Auchan” group in Parma and its province, the objective was to identify potential areas in Parma and its province where new supermarkets could be located, identify operators who could enhance the locations and develop the commercial operations in collaboration with the group; the locations had to be easily accessible by public transport, close to major roads and near residential areas.   • We resolved the need for the decommissioning of the disused artisanal area and subsequently acquired by the construction companies Galloni and Marella of Parma, the need was to identify operators who could enhance the street-front location on Via Emilio Lepido in Parma Est, take charge of the real estate development and who could develop a new prestigious commercial intervention, the location of the utmost prestige and easily reached by public transport is close to the ring road and with important personal services nearby. We found the main operator in McDonald's, which became the commercial operator of the divestment of the production area and the development of the commercial intervention, reserving the rest of the complex for executive activities seeking prestigious spaces.   • Having resolved the need for the divestment of the Industrial area whose property ‘Parma Logistic’ was in a state of crisis and subject to 182 bis, the need was to identify operators who could enhance the location in the main Parma SPIP industrial pole, take charge of the development of the areas, the location of maximum value and easily accessible by public transport is close to the motorway from which it is visible. We found a number of industrial and logistic operators, some of which are already established and others in the process of being developed.
