  • Having resolved the situation of the state of crisis of the modernisation of the complex adjacent to the new Parma Central Station by the company owned by the City of Parma STT Holding and the company Bonatti Spa, the need was to identify operators that could enhance the location consisting of an important and modern Directional and Reception complex and share real estate development projects. The location is “prime”, close to the centre of Parma and a hub for public transport: train, bus and coach. We found a number of reference operators for the development of the directional intervention, splitting up the complex according to the needs of the various operators who were looking for prestigious directional spaces, including the executive offices of the multinational Chiesi Farmaceutica, the executive offices of the multinational KPMG headquarters in Parma, the executive offices of the UNIPOL insurance company headquarters in Emilia, and many more....   • Resolved the need to dispose of the ‘Sadler Sebastian’ production site in Via Langhirano in Parma, the need was to identify operators that could enhance the location and support the new real estate development of the area by designing a prestigious project that would also enhance the strengths of the location such as ease of access by public transport, proximity to the entrance to the southern ring road, proximity to the southern university campus, and a context rich in important personal service centres. We found in “CAMPLUS” the main operator of the divestment of the production complex and the development of the Student Housing project, which was subsequently split in favour of various investors.   • Having resolved the crisis situation of the “Mazzali Arredamento” company, the need was to identify the operator who could enhance the location and bring the operation to auction for purchase. The location is nearby an important handicraft pole. We found the reference operator Reggiana Gourmet among the leaders in the stuffed pasta sector for the development of the operation, managed and planned the auction with the curator, and supported the entrepreneur in all phases of the acquisition, with our team of collaborators we followed the urban planning practices and took care of the restructuring of the property.
