  • Having resolved the need to search for Tenants to be inserted inside the new ‘Esselunga’ shopping centre in Parma Ovest, the need was to identify several national brends or local operators in high standing sectors for the correct positioning of the centre. We identified a number of operators, including a major chain of pharmacies to be placed in a ‘prime’ position within the large ‘Esselunga’ shopping centre in Parma, with particular regard to the product mix, to avoid competition with the D.O., and to the positioning strategies of the specialised services offered for the new pharmacy format.   • We resolved the search for locations in the Emilia area of the brend ‘Arcaplanet’ leader in the PET sector, we identified the premises located in Reggio Emilia in a visible position on Via Emilia at Ospizio, and other locations in Parma and Piacenza. The need was to identify more premises for the correct positioning of the brend; the search was subsequently suspended due to the sale of the company. We identified a number of locations for the national “Arcaplanet” brand, and we completed the research finding the location in Reggio Emilia to our mutual satisfaction.   • Having resolved the search for Tenants to be placed inside the new ‘Lidl’ shopping centre in Via La Spezia in Parma, the need was to identify several national brends or local operators for the correct positioning of the centre resulting from the reconversion of an artisan area. We identified a number of operators, including a major gymnasium chain ‘Fit Active’ and multi-brend shops, with a focus on clothing, to be placed next to the ‘Lidl’ supermarket, favouring the attractiveness of the brends and paying particular attention to avoiding competition with the D.O.
