Some examples of successful case histories:

  • The multinational “GLS” in Parma, which had to dispose of three operational offices, needed centralizing everything in the newly built center; the timing of exit from the old buildings and the construction of the new building represented one of the critical issues together with the tax needs of the disposals. We identified several operators for the purchase of the old offices, resolved the complex tax situation, and respected the expected delivery times. Attached is the new “GLS” office in Parma.
  • We solved the need of the logistics cooperative “Il Colle”, one of the leading companies in the sector, which needed to purchase a new company headquarters to define a new market positioning. We found the location in the reference area where one of their historical customers, the company ‘Parmalat’, operates, and we developed new solutions in the area with the insertion of new warehouses that considerably increased storage capacity.   • We solved the need for the company “Bonorto Srl”, one of the leading companies in the sector, to purchase new premises with the aim of expanding production and having its own cold storage rooms with controlled temperature at -20°, in order to define a new market positioning. We found the location by reconverting the former “Nestlè” ice-cream factory in Parma, allowing the company to expand its storage facilities at different temperatures with the addition of new production lines that significantly increased their production capacity.
